Conditions of Entry

  1. Art Work

    Artists are able to submit 3 pieces of work or a collection of related objects for Sculpture on the Peninsula.

  2. Judge

    To be announced.

  3. Photograph(s) and or Working drawings

    Submissions are through photographs and or working drawings which must be of a size to be enclosed in an A4 sized envelope. The entry form must be completed and accompany the photographs and or working drawing. All photographs and working drawings must be clearly labelled on the reverse side with artists name and name of the work they refer to.

    All proposals will be retained by Sculpture on the Peninsula.

  4. Deadline

    All submissions must arrive at 47 Reserve Terrace, Lyttelton 8082 at a date to be advised in 2013.

  5. Acceptance

    All artists will be notified by post where they have been successful or not. Acceptance letters will be posted. Further information regarding installation and the event process will be included.

  6. Sale

    All work must be fore sale, a 37.5% commission inclusive of GST will be taken on sale of work.

  7. Publicity

    All exhibitors agree to the publication of reproductions of their work by the trust and by the media for the purpose of promoting the artist, the work and the objectives of the Trust at any time and without payment of commission or royalty.
